Rules
- 1. The Autumn promotion will run from Sep.20th-Oct.6th, 2024, during which all customers can enjoy the additional discount on the promotional price. Spend ￡600 Get ￡30 off; Spend ￡1000 Get ￡100 off; Spend ￡1500 Get ￡180 off. Buy a power station for a fridge magnet and a combo set to get a VTOMAN dolly. Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the promotional benefits.
- 2. If a refund is requested, orders placed during the Autumn promotion period will be refunded based on the amount paid.
- 3. Returns not due to product quality issues are subject to the customer covering the return shipping costs.
- 4. we will charge a partial handling fee if we refuse to accept an order. The specific amount will depend on the actual circumstances
- 5. Once an order has been shipped, any requests from customers to modify the shipping address or refuse delivery will incur a partial handling fee.
- 6. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if they discover any defects. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this timeframe.
