Warranty & Return

1. Limited Warranty

Vtoman is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We provide a limited warranty to the original consumer purchaser, ensuring that Vtoman products are free from defects in workmanship and material during normal consumer use. This warranty is subject to the exclusions detailed below.

Our warranty represents Vtoman's complete and exclusive obligation. We do not assume, nor authorize any person to assume on our behalf, any other liability associated with the sale of our products.

2. Warranty Period

Vtoman products are covered by a warranty period of 12+12* months (*exclusive to email subscribers), beginning from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. To establish the start date of the warranty period, you must provide the sales receipt from the initial consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof.

Please note that in the event of any damages caused by human error within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement

3. Exchange

In the event that a Vtoman product fails to operate due to defects in workmanship or material within the applicable warranty period, Vtoman will replace the product at our expense. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

If you submit a claim to Vtoman during the warranty period in accordance with this policy, we will, at our discretion:

(i) Replace the Vtoman product with a replacement product of the same model. Alternatively, with your consent, we may offer a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product. For example, a different model with the same features or the same model in a different color.

(ii) Exchange the Vtoman product for a refund of the purchase price.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty provided by Vtoman is exclusively limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

4. Exclusions

Please note that Vtoman's warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for purposes other than normal consumer use as authorized in Vtoman's current product literature.
  • Products that have been attempted to be repaired by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  • Products purchased through an online auction house.

6. Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vtoman. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not charge any refund fees. Please note that return shipping costs (excluding quality problems) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@vtoman.com. For customers in Europe, if your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address where you can send back the item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of quality problems. If the return is due to a quality problem, we will refund the shipping cost.

9. Damages and Issues

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards (all sales are final).

10. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to follow our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

11. Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be approved within 1-2 days. The refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
