Yes. This product operates normally under standard conditions, but it may not be identifiable under abnormal conditions, such as low vehicle voltage or no battery. In such cases, you need to manually activate OVERRIDE MODE. See Using OVERRIDE Mode for instructions. 

Under normal conditions with a full charge, this unit can jump start approximately 85 times for 12V vehicles and 65 times for 24V vehicles. 

It takes about 1.5 hours if using the original 29V AC adapter. 

It depends on the smartphone battery capacity. For example, on a full charge, the unit can charge an iPhone 12 about 20 times. 

It can be used for 3–5 years under normal conditions. 

With patented technology, a fully charged unit can be stored for 3 years without issues. However, to extend service life, it is recommended to use and recharge the unit every 6 months.
