1. We recommend keeping the battery power above 20%, when in use or storing the power station regularly.
2. A fully charged battery can last for several months. However, please recharge it every 3 months to keep the battery power above 50% when not in use.

Connect the Power Station for charging. When charging, first charge the Power Station and then charge the Extra Battery.

VTOMAN solar panel has the IP67 waterproof rated, but it is not recommended in the rain because water can damage the connection ports. To maximize the unit's lifespan, please make sure you retrieve the panels when it is raining.
Yes, but we do not recommend other brands of products to charge the VTOMAN power station. To be on the safe side, please purchase the VTOMAN Solar Panels on the official website - as we cannot guarantee the quality of other products while providing after-sales service.
The output power of the solar panel is affected by the intensity and the angle of sunlight. To increase the output power, use the solar panel when the sunlight is strongest (around noon) and keep the solar panel vertical to the sunlight. Avoid using solar panels for charging on cloudy or rainy days or in the shade.
