Fantastic bit of kit, powers the whole van, fridge, microwave for several days. Transformed our stays away. The solar panels are so easy to set up and fold away small enough for easy storage. Recommended
I was surprised at how well it can charge from solar, even in the UK. It's June, so starting to get more sun, but even on cloudy days I'm still getting enough to reclaim the energy spent charging a few smart devices overnight. On a sunny cloudless day, I can easily charge the full battery as long as I rotate the panels at least every hour or two. I was expecting worse :). Do note that if you are expecting to get 1.5kWh (or 3kWh with the extra battery) from the AC plugs, you won't. DC and USB you'll get pretty close, but the AC inverter seems to take quite a bit of power just to simply enable the plugs, so for my CPAP, I have got a DC-DC converter instead of using the AC plug, which makes it a lot more efficient. I would not recommend expecting to use the AC plugs all night / day, unless you expect to be able to fully reclaim the power daily. Having said that, that issue will not likely be specific to this device, converting DC battery supply to AC isn't very efficient generally.

The VTOMAN Flashspeed 1500 is a great power station with lots of charging options. Really fast charging from 240v supply, showing charging at 1599w on display. Great for power cuts and travelling.
I really like the design of the VTOMAN flashpeed. I first set it up in my living room to charge it and the aesthetic is not intrusive at all. The quality is great, it feels more like something that can be in the home, compared to some that look more industrial. I now have it installed as a UPS for my home office, and it passed its first test as we had a short power failure over the weekend and nothing stopped. I have 2 computers and two monitors, the internet router and my standing desk plugged in. I plan to connect the solar panel once the sun comes back to the UK! Very happy happy with the product.
Having suffered two Power losses at home in a week, we decided that we needed to have some form of emergency backup power supply. After searching the Internet and looking at various makes and models, we decided that the VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1500 Portable Power Station offered us what we were looking for at a reasonable cost.

I've had the VTOMAN Flashspeed 1500 for more than a week now and it has definitely exceeded my expectations! - The first thing I did was to charge the unit and I was astounded when it charged at almost 1700 watts from the 120VAC socket...exceeding the already impressive 1500 watts - Next, I plugged in my coffee maker and it quickly made 2 cups of coffee in about 3 minutes, using only 2-3% of the battery power - I checked out the DC car charging (using the supplied cable from VTOMAN) and that topped off my unit -I then started checking out the solar charging capability: -- First, I connected two 100-watt solar panels in series (~36V) since the Flashspeed 1500 can accept up to 400 watts of power at DC levels from 30-60Volts. I was hoping to get at least 150 watts from the panels, but to my surprise, I got up to 210 watts peak sun and averaged 190-200 watts for several hours. Very impressed! See the picture showing 204 watts at the time I snapped the picture. -- Then, I connected one of the 100-watt panels to the DC input jack (DC5521) and was getting 60 watts during the late afternoon sun with some clouds. The DC INPUT jack can accept DC sources from 12-20 volts and one my solar panel had an open circuit voltage of ~18V. - I also tried out the USB ports and the nice light on the back and everything worked as advertised. - I purchased the unit so I could power the fridge and microwave during power outages that I experience too frequently up in the mountains. With 1500 continuous watts (peak up to 3,000 watts), this unit should power all the things I need it to. So far, I haven't found anything that I didn't like. I love the Flashspeed 1500 and you will too!
Works well. Have the deepfreeze running as often as possible to reduce electricity. 26 hours so far this month.

Not used in anger yet - that will be in a weeks time, when I'll be off-grid for a few weeks. but I gave an initial full charge from the mains which was very quick, then connected up to my cool-box on max, to run then down a bit, before connecting my eco-worthy flexible solar panels (2 & 130 watt) on the Van roof. It was a very grey day, but I could see the charge going up once I turned the cooler down from max. Very happy.

Compact, easy to use
First impressions are very positive. Both units are robust, with everything clearly labelled. Instruction booklets are clear. Charging is no problem and quick as indicated. Tested units on our 200litre freezer, which was kept operating for 48 hours. So, all in all, excellent so far. The real test will be how the units perform long term, especially during the autumn and winter months. Here in the Scottish Borders we do experience power cuts, more frequent in recent years because of the high winds. It will be then, during such unpredictable occasions, when I will really need them to deliver,......., reliably.

Been using my Verona 1500 flash speed all week off grid on my boat. Charging 3 phones and watching tv every night after a week at sea still has 61% left. This has been a game changer. Excellent product quality build and does what it says on the packet.
Seems to be ok at the moment charges in about 80mins off the socket. The solar lead could do with being another meter or two longer also I thought I would have had the jump leads with the unit going to have to purchase these separately. But apart from that it is doing what it says on the tin.
I bring this to every tailgate and BBQ now. It keeps the blender, mini-fridge, and all the phones going without skipping a beat.
This is now part of our emergency preparedness kit. It gives us confidence knowing we can power essentials during wild weather or long outages.
