Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available for all products on VTOMAN Official Store. All taxes and fees are borne by VTOMAN.

Regarding Refused Deliveries and Handling Fees

For non-fraudulent orders, if a customer requests to refuse delivery after the order has been shipped, we may apply a reasonable fee ( About £50-100). The exact fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

Address Modification and Re-Delivery Fees

Once your order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible. Please provide the correct address during the purchase process to avoid any issues with delivery.

If you have provided an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, a shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

Shipping Delivery Time and Methods

Please note that we will be shipping in 2 business days. Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment according to different areas normally. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Attention:

VTOMAN is not responsible for shipment delay due to unexpected conditions, like flooding or COVID-related impacts, etc. In that case, the ETA is unpredictable.  However, VTOMAN will try our best to help every customer solve the problem and keep you updated.

Missing or lost packages
If a package goes missing or is delivered to an incorrect address, please contact VTOMAN customer support at contact@vtoman.com with your order number.

Where can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact VTOMAN customer support at contact@vtoman.com with your order number.

What can I do if the product I received is not in good condition?
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@vtoman.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. Except for cases of fraudulent orders, customers refusing to accept dispatched orders will incur a processing fee. A £50 charge will apply for the rejection of the power station and solar panel, directly debited from the order total.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
Please contact VTOMAN customer support at contact@vtoman.com Attaching a photo of the product received and the SKU label of the parcel will greatly shorten the handling process
