1. Can this product automatically identify 12V and 24V vehicle batteries?

Yes. It is OK in normal condition, but it cannot be identified under abnormal conditions such as low vehicle voltage or no battery. When this happens, you need to activate the OVERRIDE MODE manually , please see USING OVERRIDE MODE.

2. How many times can this product jump start the vehicle?

In normal condition, a full charge, the unit can start about 70 times for 12V vehicles and 45 times for 24V vehicles.

3. How long does it take to charge this product?

It need about 1.5 hours if use the original 29V AC adaptor.

4. How many times can this product charge the phone?

It depend on the capacity of the phone battery. Take a example, a full charge, the unit can charge about 15 times for iPhone 12.

5. What is the lifespan of the product?

It can be used for 3 - 5 years under normal conditions.

6. How long can the product be stored after being fully charged?

Patented technology, full charged unit store for 3 years is no problem, but in order to extend the service life, it is recommended to use and recharge it every 6 months.
